Dr. Caroline (carrie) A. Kaufman, MD

I’ve seen Dr. Kaufman 3 times now and she has been excellent every time. I don’t like going to the doctor just as much as the next person and I definitely don’t like having to have the exams that I go to Dr. Kaufman for but she always makes me feel comfortable and seems to be truly engaged in our conversations and makes sure to explain issues or risks or whatever it may be to where I can understand them. I see there are some really awful reviews and I admit waiting to see the doctor is never fun but it is what it is and it’s that way at all medical offices most of the time. The staff as well as Dr. Kaufman have always been respectful and friendly to me. 5*

She is amazing. I was a crazy first time mom who was just told she had to find a new OB when I came across Dr Kaufman. She made me feel like it was all going to be ok, through my whole pregnancy, she listen to everything I said and made sure to answer my questions until I was content. I had a high risk pregnancy on top of it being my first lets just say I give her major props for dealing with my craziness. Unfortunately you will have to wait no matter where you go because they don't know what they are walking in to with each patient, they just know what the computer tells them. I say if you have to wait then that shows they take their time weather Even if the patient was late or something came up during the visit that requires more time or you have a first time mom with a million questions. Just remember When you go in with a bad attitude because something upset you before hand, May it be your husband or am idiot in the parkinglot or waiting for a long time in the waiting room… etc..... They are there to help you NOT take your attitude. ð???

Due to the 2 other reviews I wasn't expecting much when I went for my first appointment. I don't understand how they rated her and the office staff so low! The office was prompt and very pleasant, the assistant that took my vitals was also pleasant. And Dr. Kaufman now has a fan for life. She listened to the same concerns I've been sharing with another OB/GYN for years, took a look and told me what the problem was! And even better how to correct it. I am beyond grateful to her. And she said if that didn't work to fix the issue to come back in and she would work with me to get things working right again. If your close to or through the other end of menopause she is an awesome Gynecologist for those needs. So happy I decided to try her despite the other reviews. They couldn't have been more wrong about her and the staff.

The front staff was incredibly rude, the Dr. was not very friendly at all either. I had to wait over an hour to be seen which is really ridiculous. I was there early too as requested from the office staff when I made the appointment. The visit was a total waste of my time and money. The Dr. didn't seem interested in answering any of my questions and really didn't seem very knowledgeable.. I will not be returning.
