Dr. Carolyn J Pass, MD

Dr. Pass has great bedside manner and is personable, however the wait time is ridiculous. You are expected to wait an hour or more even though you have an appointment.

The only negative is having to wait up to 1-2 hrs. This is because she overbooks return visits, expecting they will take less time (and usually do); or she does what's needed when it's needed, and that may take longer. I was her patient for 20 years, and have never regretted it. Why? Because she's the best in Baltimore at what she does!

Dr. Pass is, without a doubt, the worst doctor I have ever been to. The entire experience of going to her office is overwhelmingly frustrating. The staff members are cold and unfriendly, and do not even mutter a simple greeting when you walk in. In fact, the only time they do talk to patients is when it's time to pay. You are lucky if you see Dr. Pass within an hour of your appointment time-the longest I've had to wait was 2 HOURS! And because she crams so many patients in, she only spends about 4-5 minutes with each.

I will never go back. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the receptionist if there were more doctors aside from Dr. Pass because there were 11 more people sitting in the waiting room. She responded NO. So, I made a point of saying that if each person took only 5 minutes (it is always a minimum of 10-15 min) that means that I would have to wait at least another hour, but most likely longer, and the receptionist nonchalantly responded "Yes, the wait here is always about an hour." I couldn't believe how disrespectful Dr. Pass is of other people's time. She clearly overbooks to ensure her time is well spent. Well, my time is extremely important to me and fortunately there are many other options.Liked: Disliked:

Highly recommend this office and physician for all of your skin care needs. Exceptional!!

I am glad that I gave another office a chance at my next needed appointment, I had a great experience elsewhere. I aim to be fair and would have liked to stick with Dr. Pass but after a couple of poor experiences at this office, including unbelievable wait times, without any attempt to at least warn of that or be courteous about it, and questionable bedside manner, i went elsewhere, and had a great experience. The Dr. made me feel very welcome, and that wasn't just icing on the cake, he knew his stuff, and he treated all that needed to be treated, and did not make me schedule another appointment for something that could have been handled in the same day.
