Had a questuons about my bill. Billing person and manager are same person. This manger was very rude. Would not let me finish my sentences. Interupted me constantly. Was yelling at me. Unable to answer my questions, would say "thats not my department". Manager obviously is not qualified and lacks many skils. I spoke with another employee who was leaving and this person described the manager/billing person as "hysterical". Many staff members appear to be in a bad mood and do not introduce themselves
