Dr. Casey James Burke, DO

I had carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr Burke and it went bad I tried to tell him something was wrong but he didn't want to hear it. I had to have revision surgery done to fix what he messed up. 3 people where I work all had surgery by him and all 3 of us had to have a revision surgery done to fix it. Would not recommend him.

I was a new patient, he treated me like he was better than me. He was rude and arrogant, didn’t help at all. All he cared about was getting out of the room. I spent more time with the front desk and medical assistant than the doctor. Would never go back and neither should YOU

I had severe pain in my wrist. The doctor did a thorough exam and gave me and injection, which helped me a lot. I would highly recommend him.

Doctor had a total disregard for the patient and their medical history. Immediate go to plan by the doctor were the more invasive options when non-invasive options were available, He may have the correct diagnosis but did not care enough to get to the root cause of the issue by ordering simple tests. Doctor both verbally and in writing recommended patient take medication the patient is extremely allergic to even though the information was contained in patient history. Doctor was not actively listening to his patient!!! Staff was rude. .

We visited the doctor three times and on each occasion there was a long wait. Last time, with a 120pm appointment we saw the doctor at 245pm, and he spent less than ten minutes with me. There are long lines just to check in, and the office staff is rude and condescending. There are no live answers on the phone.

although you may have to wait for Dr Burke; remember you waititing for the best of care. Would you go to a doctor who only spent a few minutes with you and had no idea what was wrong with you? Dr. Burke gave me back my hands painfree and I think that ws worth any amount of waiting. People should consider they get the same treatment the person in front of them do so shy complain of waiting. I personally never had to wait very long.

Maybe he's a good doctor, maybe he's a great doctor.. If his definition of a doctor is someone who doesn't have people skills or respect for patients when they WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT and are worth a whole lot more than he is. -Daughter of an an extremely intelligent and exceptional Mom who had to deal with his ignorance.

After visiting a few doctors in town to determine the problem with my wife's hand, Casey Burke was the first one who took time to really try to find out what the problem was. We were thinking the problem was carpal tunnel, but wasn't sure. Dr Burke offered some advice on how to better determine if it was carpal tunnel, and gave his recommendations, but didn't push us one way or the other. After further tests, we decided to have him perform the surgery, which ended up solving my wife's hand problems completely.
