Dr. Cassandra Lou Villatoro-Bank, DO

I had my first teledoc appointment with Dr. Cassandra Villataro-Bank and it couldn't have gone better. She was honestly the best mental health doctor I've ever encountered. She asked questions about my family life and history, upbringing, current life, what I do for work, etc. all the right questions to show that she cared and wanted to understand and know where my depression and anxiety could be from. She listened and definitely seemed empathetic and it genuinely felt like talking to a person who wanted to help. It's not easy admitting you need mental help, nor is it easy talking about your sad history, but she made it easy. She adjusted my medication and I've never felt better! My husband even noticed the change in my mood. I will continue to have her as my doctor and want to thank her a million times over.

I scheduled a telehealth appointment five days ago and was prompted to confirm/sent reminders numerous times. I've been in the "waiting room" for 30 minutes now and she has not shown up, and there is no way to reach out. This is extremely unprofessional.

I had an appointment scheduled at 8am got notifications that the appointment was confirmed and would receive my call in 10 minutes they proceeded to wait over an hour with absolutely nothing. Not even a notification to reschedule. This is ridiculous. DO NOT make an appointment with this woman. Already seen another review of her not having the decency to show up.

Doctor didn't come into the video call after half an hour even though the appointment was made days in advance. Did not notify of cancellation either.

What a RELIEF it is to finally find a psychiatrist who is interested in learning about me and cares about my well-being! I scheduled her on Teladoc when I was days from my meds running out (complicated situation) and she made sure to squeeze me in, even though it was the end of the day on a Friday. We talked about my history and my current situation, and she refilled my meds. Will be going to her regularly going forward!

I had Teladoc appointment with Cassandra, and they were always done in 15 minutes or less, INCLUDING my initial appointment. I know that is not the norm and I felt like she was rushing me. I felt like she did not care at all and she prescribed me the most generic medication without having any knowledge of family history or even having a decent understanding of my symptoms. When I would say certain things she would make a shocked face and overall just made me feel insane. I would pay extra to never have to see her again, consistently awful experiences.

Dr Bank is very thorough and willing to listen and understand child's condition. I highly recommend her!
