Dr. Cassandra Goins Simms, MD

Dr. Simms genuinely cares about her patients. I have been in her care for 5 years and we have a great doctor / patient relationship. She has been extremely successful with treating my chronic anxiety. The clinic atmosphere is calming and serene. Everyone who works there is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend you give her staff a call for an appointment!

Dr. Simms is a wonderful very smart doctor, however, it is impossible to communicate with her unless you are actually at your scheduled appointment. I have had continued problems with her contacting pharmacies for what they need to fill prescriptions, which has left me in a horrible position with my child over the weekend on several occasions. She will not return phone calls herself at all. Her receptionist may return your call 2 days later. But you are told not to leave multiple messages. Incorrect dosage amounts have been called into pharmacies, leaving me not knowing how to medicate my son. Her staff makes it literally impossible for you to communicate with her. So, to sum it up, she is great and knows medications very well, but you better hope you don’t have any questions or problems before your next scheduled appointment! Her office manager is also extremely rude and VERY unwelcoming.

Very intelligent, caring , and helpful

Dr. Simms is wonderful. She relates to the personalities of each of my granddaughters in a personal and interested manner. She seems to be able to put her finger on each of their specific needs. I appreciate her genuine concern and down to earth advice. We are lucky to have her in our community.

She has developed a Great connection with my son and shows that she truly cares!
