The greatest gift that anyone can ever give another person is to be there in their times of crisis and need as a true professional. Due to my severe mental health disorders and especially my addictions, I am always finding more chaos and drama in my life. I think that I can handle it on my own and all I ever do is make everything worse and pour gasoline on the fire. Even though I had so much to be grateful for all I was ever doing was sabotaging my life. This is when I realized I needed real support and mental health treatment. That is when I met Dr. Blair and truly understood the meaning of going above and beyond and having someone in my life with genuine love care and concern. Dr. Blair has always supported me in times of crisis by making sure that I look at myself and take accountability and responsibility so that it is not something I’m going to continue to recreate. She helps me see the truth and guides me based on the values and standards that I want to have in my life. There is… no one like her that sees the world as clearly as she does and dedicates herself to the support and treatment of my mental health disorders. She is not only an amazing psychologist, she is a true healer and is the anchor in my life. I can’t imagine where I’d be without her. I have always been lost, alone and empty inside. I tried filling my void with all sorts of addictions which only made me even sicker and feel emptier inside. On paper I had a great life, but it was just a house of cards waiting to crash down. Thats when I found Dr Blair and Blair Wellness Group. My life was heading to such a place that I never would have been able to come back from it. Dr Blair came into my life and created structure and boundaries that I have always needed. I am addicted to chaos and drama which Dr Blair has helped me deal with the crisis and fires I create while also helping me see that I am the common denominator of it all. She has opened my eyes as well as my heart… and soul to a professional that believes in attachment by always going above and beyond for someone like me that never had the type of genuine love, care and concern she gives me. Rather then always feeling on edge, I have learned to trust and to feel safe and secure. This has taken a long time due to my severe mental health and attachment disorders. But Dr Blair is persistent and tenacious in ways that no one else ever is. She is solution and outcome oriented which is something that I have always needed in my life. Dr Blair creates stability in a world that has always been unstable and unsure. This is why she has changed my life in the greatest way possible by being the support that makes sure I am working on myself and doing the right things with honor and integrity. This is how she has brought meaning to my life and light into world. I am truly grateful for the kindness, compassion and conviction that she has. She is truly a rare gem that I don't know what I do without.

I have been working with Dr. Blair for over 18 months, and it has truly transformed me and my life. I consider Dr. Blair the most impactful person that I have ever met, and her ability to impact the lives of me and all of her patients is truly extraordinary. Dr. Blair runs a practice that is hard to understand or describe, but anyone who has been a part of it can attest I am sure that it is the most transformational process you can experience. I came into treatment with what I thought was the perfect life, yet I was totally broken inside, barely able to make it through the day from debilitating panic attacks and depression. Dr. Blair runs a true concierge practice, with intensive treatment done with care, and the highest level of quality, skill, and professionalism. Dr. Blair, from the moment I met her, was different than anyone I had ever met in any professional environment. Her passion and commitment, her wisdom and training, came across immediately, that this was a doctor at the absolute top of her game. I actually felt humbled and honored to even be able to be a part of her practice. Everything in my life has changed for the better since working with Dr. Blair. I met her with so many untreated issues, and while my life seemed great on the surface, I was suffering greatly inside. Every day had become a struggle with panic attacks, anxiety, and constant intensity. Dr. Blair helped me see the root cause of all of the problems in my mind, and that there really is only one way for me to transform my mind, it is to go to the root causes and treat them. Now I understand what it means, and it has been a complete reconstruction of my mind, my lifestyle, my choices, and my discipline and dedication. I am a different man today than I was when I met Dr. Blair. I truly believe no other psychologist on the planet can do what Dr. Blair can do. Her work ethic, dedication, commitment, coupled with her unique skill set and unrelenting commitment to her patient outcomes, would be hard to find in anyone else. I cannot speak more highly of who Dr. Blair is as a person and in her role as a leading psychologist, and I consider myself very grateful to be under her care, and to have her as a mentor in my life.

I reached a point in my life turning 50 years old, where my mind started to force me to look at my reality. I started having real panic attacks, real dead-air, almost nightly, and it was starting to debilitate me. I didn’t know what to do and asked God for help, and literally the next day I found Dr. Blair. I call her my guardian angel, and I believe it is true. I never thought therapy could be this intensive, this challenging, and this eye opening. I thought I knew everything, I had zero humility about anything, I thought I was always the smartest person in the room. That mentality was corrupt and spoke to a deep well of mental issues and unresolved trauma that I never even knew were there. I thought I had life under control, and that was so far from the truth. Dr. Blair can see through everything in an instant, there is not way to fool her or bend her to my will. Her incredible gifts and unmatched work ethic forced me to look in the mirror in ways I never thought possible. … I feel more humble, more grateful and more vulnerable. Working with Dr. Blair is truly a gift, and one that I cherish more than anything because it gives me something money could never buy, a healthy mind, and a life of character. I will be forever grateful for that gift.

Dr. Blair is a life changing doctor, and I cannot begin to do justice to the work she does for her patients. She has helped me see reality, see where my issues arise from, and have the courage to treat my issues, not talk about them. She is fully committed to actual mental health, in real and substantive ways. She requires a full commitment from her patients, and it is a very rigorous process, but the rewards are worth every second. I was very transactional, focused on prizes and outcomes. My life reflected that, with lots of success, but little satisfaction and fulfillment. Dr. Blair has helped me to see that a process oriented mind, focused on growth and evolution, is the foundation of mental health. Otherwise, I am stuck in robotic, transactional behaviors that do not lead to any meaningful relationships and experiences. Instead, everything for me was a means to an end, a way to get to the next big thing that would finally give me what I was looking for. But, Dr. Blair… showed me that is a dead end road, and it is the courage and wisdom to get out of the chase, changing my lifestyle and my value system, that leads to the type of life I really want deep in my soul. I am now living a life of values, principles, and fulfillment, and I can never thank Dr. Blair enough for how she has transformed me and my life.

Most doctors have given up on me due to how resistant I am to treatment and direction. Being a patient in therapy there needs to be unwavering commitment and humility. Given the severity of my mental disorders especially my personality disorders, this is not my strong suit. Thats why being a part of Blair Wellness Group and having Dr Blair as my Psychologist has been the most positive life altering experience. She is the most dedicated and caring person but also the most unwavering and persevering. She is the person I have always needed in my life that helps keep me on right track and has been teaching me about doing the right things and earning trust and respect. She helps me work on my value system and core by being the greatest role model with the most pure and upstanding value system. I respect her more than anyone I have ever known. By using my own mind I create the biggest disasters and attract the sickest people into my world. My life is web of psychopathology that was sucking… me more everyday. Dr Blair has saved me with the greatest support and showed me that with genuine love care and concern and the strongest core, there is a light. Dr Blair is like the most beautiful rainbow that pierces through the darkest clouds after a storm. In the middle of it its very difficult to see that anything good can ever happen and its easy to just give up. Thats why she gives me a strength and courage that I never had before. Its not about fighting and creating more fires, its about looking inward and seeing how I got to where I am and the fact that I create all of the storms. Its all I know how to do with the many years of untreated mental health disorders, addictions and compounded traumas. This is why being part of an intensive practice with Dr Blair has shown me what I have been missing from my life. I thought I could always cover it up with addictions and superficial successes. I am empty inside and was about to lose everything. I am truly grateful and have the utmost respect and regard for Dr Blair. She goes above and beyond in ways that no one else does to help me succeed. Having Dr Blair in my life means I will never go back to how I lived before and instead work towards having a life of meaning, honor as well as earning trust and respect. She truly speaks to my heart, mind and soul.

Living with mental health disorders is really challenging, as it is an invisible disease that impacts every second of your life. I didn’t understand my struggles, why people reacted to me the way they did, why I had so much chaos in my life, and why I felt so depressed despite so much good in my life. The answers are lied in very deep seated issues that I really did not understand, and certainly had no idea how they had been affecting me since early childhood. Dr. Blair explains the causes and foundations of all of the mental health issues I face, and gives the most in depth perspective possible how to untangle them so that they can be transformed. Mental health requires a lot of time and effort, and is a process that is inherent with struggle and pain. I have had lots of setbacks and issues over the time I have worked with Dr. Blair, my life does not change overnight. But, she has made sure that every day, I am making progress in some way, learning to grow and evolve in some… way. I believe in so many ways, Dr. Blair has saved my life and that I am now on a path to mental health that is sustainable and foundational, and it will not only heal my mind, but so many of the relationships in my life as well.

Dr. Blair changed my life, and I cannot be more grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. She has taught me the value of character and building a mind that can transcend feelings, and represent values and principles. Most of my issues came from all the ways my mind created a life, took actions, and made choices which were not in line with the values and principles that were in my soul. I wondered shy I felt so broken, so depressed, and so anxious, and never realized that every choice I made each day was reinforcing all of my issues. For real transformation, I had to start with changing my lifestyle, and changing my choices. Dr. Blair said if mental health means you just keep doing what you were doing, then what was the point? Do you get sober from alcohol just so you can go back to bars and parties again? I was 50 years old, but in many ways I was still a child, and I needed to hear the truth, and Dr. Blair is a champion for truth and reality. She helped me uncover… piece by piece the ways my mind reinforced my issues, and then began to reconstruct a life and a mind that supported mental health. I can never thank her enough for her dedication, for her impeccable integrity, for her care and consistency. I am a better man in every way because of Dr. Blair, and it was the best decision I ever made in my life to work with her. It is not easy, it takes a lot of my time, energy, and focus. It is almost like another full time job. But, it is worth every second, and I would not trade it for anything else in the world. Dr. Blair is for people who are serious about change and transformation, and her work requires a very high level of commitment. For those who are up for it, she can absolutely change your life in the best way possible.

Having someone in my life that always goes above and beyond and gives me the most amazing support is something that I never expected to find. Most therapy is based on a few hours a week and then going back to my chaotic life and repeating the same patterns. Being a client of Blair Wellness Group and having Dr Blair as my psychologist has had the most profound impact on my life. With my severe mental health disorders and addictions it is always difficult to find stability in my life. I am the one that creates all of the fires and disasters in my life based on my need to always have some sort of chaos and drama in my life.
