Dr. Dean Died...in her sleep, she was nutssssoooo, former employee here, and she was craaazeee. She also had a husband that was horrible to her, a dumb lawyer who never worked, and believe me, I did everything I could to help with everything in the office to make it above standard, however, she blocked everything, even chastised staff for using an extra piece of paper. Tried to remodel the other floor and found out the building couldn't hold the required equipment, plumbing and air conditioning, after investing all that money... what a mess... wait times were because she was always late, always had a head ache and often called in and said she wasn't coming, the staff all looked forward to those days, she was unconcerned about anything but her husband, their fights, and even made her nanny do medical records. what a trip, she was not willing to make anything better in her life in any area, including work. Now she is gone, and I think that in and of itself is pretty suspicious.
As others have mentioned, things went downhill after the move to Clayton. Appointment wait times are ridiculous, first in the waiting room, then even after you've been put in an exam room and you are waiting (and ladies you know how cold it can be waiting, covered by a paper sheet). Not once but twice, the office has sent in an incorrect prescription to the pharmacy. After discussing specifically that she does not recommend a generic substitute, the prescription sent to the pharmacy allowed the generic. This is an important complaint because I did not discover the generic until AFTER I arrived home. When you spend over $200 on a prescription, then insurance will not cover the replacement, this "mistake" can add up and can be incredibly stressful. Finally, my recent test results, when viewed online said "sample not sufficient." When I called to find out if I had to come back in (and wait 3 hours again) to get another "sample," I left a message but never got a return phone call. Unacceptable. In short, I will be looking for a new doctor.
I just want to say that I read the stories of the other people who had problems from surgeries here and my heart sank. She botched mine too, or rather, she and the inept resident she let operate on me, botched it together. All this time I thought it was me, but now I know different. I would never go back to this doctor again.
Do not go to this doctor unless you have a minum of 3 hours to wait. This has been going on for 6 years and never gets any better I will not be back after this save yourself some headache and never come to this horrible place. also they describe the building is temporary yet they been here for three or four years the building is in horrible condition and so was the bathroom this is truly a horrific place...
