Dr. Catherine Marin DeUgarte, MD

Dr Deugarte is the most compassionate, thoughtful, brilliant and caring physician I have ever seen. She has guided and supported me through countless ups and downs in my journey. I have seen three other fertility doctors in the past and her care is outstanding by far!

The doctor both times transferred my two PGS tested normal embryos at the wrong implantation timing. As result, they were not giving any chance and died. Those embryos were fertilized from my frozen eggs from years ago. Now at my age, I went through 7 IVF cycles since her mistake and yield zero normal embryos. I consulted other doctors since her and they all said they would have done an ERA test for timing prior to the two transfers, a procedure she didn't conduct or recommend. Her mistake caused me profound pain, loss, distress, and cost. Overall, my experience was traumatizing and horrifying. Do your research on her, you will find a four year case of medical malpractice.

Catherine is amazing. I can't say enough good things about her. She cares, she truly cares, because of that she uses the best equipment, technology & staff. Nothing is swept under the rug, she's kind and compassionate. No matter your situation you can tell her and she will genuinely care about your request but most importantly your health.

She's the best! So caring and smart and really works with her patients. Love her!

I am have been seeing Dr. Deugarte for the past two years and I couldn't be happier. She has taken a great care of me, she has explained all the procedures in detail to me. She truly is an expert in her field, kind, caring, and modest. I have 24/7 access to her. My calls get answered within few minutes. Only cared to collect money, did not prescribe proper tests, poor treatment resulted in miscarriage. Took no responsibility and abandoned me as a patient. Then threatened me with lawyer as I filed complaint with medical board. Feel abused and harassed and hope medical board takes action.

I have been in Dr. Deugarte's care since moving to LA four years ago, and I feel I've been in great hands. Everybody at Pacific Clinics has been professional, supportive and caring throughout routine appointments, surgery and most recently my first pregnancy! Dr. Deugarte is invested in my well-being and also a lovely person to have in my life. :)

Dr. DeUgarte and her staff made our journey and experience a very delightful one. Everyone in the office made us feel welcomed and comfortable and had a great positive energy. We were treated with great respect and kindness and were taken care of each and every visit in a timely manner. We felt like everyone really cared. they were very helpful and responsive when needed. We are happy to say we are now 10 weeks pregnant and we are so grateful to Dr. DeUgarte for helping to us here. Dr DeUgarte is the kindest doctor I have ever seen. I had surgery by her and it was quick, painless and effective. She even called me when I had a family member in the hospital to check on me. She is so nice and caring!
