At first Dr Pham seemed to be a great Doctor. She was very attentive and through. Then when I went in for surgery she had trouble putting in the Toric lens I ordered and told me it was too big and she had to change to a standard lens. I went back for my followup a few months later. She dilated my eyes to do the exam and my eye started to get more and more painful and cloudy. She sent me to another Dr immediately and they found that she had ripped the sack that the lens was supposed to be placed in and put it in front of the sack. When she dilated my eyes during her exam the lens had dislodged and caused enormous pressure and pain, and a TORN RETINA! They immediately made an appointment on Oahu the next morning so I could have the retina repaired, and I was stuck there for 10 days because I couldn't fly after surgery. So... I went in expecting to come out not having to wear glasses ever again and now am wearing glasses and am never able to have my eye dilated again for fear of the lens… dislodging. I would not be writing this bad review if she was honest with me in the beginning, but it seemed like she was trying to hide the fact that she ripped the sack the lens was supposed to be placed in. My eye is now damaged for life and there is nothing I can do about it! BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!

This was my first visit. I arrived 30 minutes early to take care of all paperwork. When finished, I was seen within five minutes of my scheduled time. Long story short, I was treated very well. Dr Pham explained in clear detail the results of her examination.

She is careless and has a confused staff. Bad experience for me.

Dr. Pham has a very nice manner and takes the time to explain what is happening with your eyes and to discuss the various treatment options available, she is also very easy to talk to about what may or may not be covered by insurance. She seems genuine and very knowledgeable in her field.

Dr. Pham is always very attentive and takes time to discuss all and any health changes I may have had, including medication changes. She takes the time to discuss any eye conditions/symptoms that may come up based on my age and steps I should take should they occur. I love that she is pro-active with my health.
