Doctor Catharine tu is the best doctor I have ever meet

Her office made an error in scheduling an appointment for my elderly father, when he arrived for his appointment that her staff apparently didn't put into her schedule, she refused to see him; her schedule "was jam packed & she couldn't see him" is what she herself told me (this is an exact quote from Dr Yu), even though her staff made the scheduling error. He was offered a nurse visit but this was unacceptable to me as this was a problem visit appointment, no offer was made to see another provider or the office manager. This is the poorest standard of care I have ever seen, apparently Dr Yu & LCHC feel no ethical obligation to uphold their mission "to provide caring, quality and culturally competent health services ... to empower each individual to maximize their overall well being." Therefore, I cannot with a clear conscience recommend her to anyone if they want to receive quality healthcare. If you don't care about your health, Dr Yu is your lady!
