Incorrect prescriptions sent in, incorrect tests ordered or missing tests, Northshore sends test results and the front office claims they never received them multiple times, etc. Getting anything fixed involves multiple phone calls and emails. Plus, the staff is always defensive and obstructive. Then Dr. Cathie gets on, says she'll talk to the staff and it all just continues with no change. It's so sad. She needs to re-hire Nicole, who she had for many years.

Poor diagnostic skills. Office is all about time and money. Still waiting for a follow up call. Does not accept insurance.

Spent LOTS of time with me (first visit was 1.5 hours), and is the first doctor I have ever been to who actually seems to care. Definitely a new experience, one I should have had a long time ago.
