It seemed like Dr Zhang was pretty rushed. She did listen to my concerns and provided treatment options and treatment, but I felt she was in a big hurry to get through the appointment and she talked so fast I felt rushed and am not sure I caught all the information being shared.

Dr. Zhang and her staff treated me with great respect. She explained that a scribe would be taking part during my visit. She introduced scribe by name. I was asked if I had any concerns before skin review.
