Dr. Cathy Anne Divincenzo, MD

I loved Dr. Cathy I meet her almost 12 years ago when my daughter was born and then in those 12 years You can count your with your fingers the times we actually seen her ( which is not good if you need to see your doctor you should not have to wait for months and in between you see different stuff members of the clinic and not only but for something like such a ear or throat infection You have to go there a couple of time until they actually Decide to prescribe antibiotics even though we have to be careful with using them and how and when to give them to our children but still if they are going to decide about they have to di that after seeing us for a couple of times ??? and each visit is not cheep makes ne wander ? I walk in today with my 11 year old doughtier for a walk in sick visitation She had to leave school for feeling sick and in pain to find out from the front staff that my doughtier was discharged from the clinic because off a balance off $140.00 !!… Obviously they’re not running a charity event But shame on them I walked in they should’ve said you have to pay a portion you have to pay the balance etr you cannot just discharged a client of 12 years just for $140 when obviously I’m walking in I was not aware we are all humans I thought my husband had taking care the balance they could have spoken to me inside and let me know that this is what is going on or so .... pay the balance but the attitude and the the disrespect unbelievable ....it shows that you’re just a number and so much for the patient care advocacy! It is all about the $ which no one was denying them!! Shame on them and even better I will find a pediatrician that every time I go she will actually see my kid !!!

Worst staff. Worst frint desk. Worst supervisor. Made me and my 6 week baby wait 2 hours in an emergency situation. My son got even more sick during the waiting process. Staff is extremely rude, when asked to speak to Dr. Cathy, staff said that she is busy and when i left a phone number to call i never recieved a call back. Also they refused to give me the DR. Cathy’s email address. Please if anyone cares for their children, find a better clinic or a hospital!

This practice does such an amazing job on providing care for everyone of all ages. They have walk in sick hours in the am and pm Mon through Friday (what other practices that you know of have that?). Are open 7 days a week! what else can you ask for?

The people at the front desk are either apathetic or not capable. telling me to wait three weeks when child has been sick for several days?!?!

messages either are not being delivered to the doctor or she is saying she never got my messages. Dysfunctional practice. Looking for a new pediatrician.

She had some labs drawn to see if I was still anemic. She had put me on a very high dose of iron ans told me they would call with the results and how to proceed. After two weeks of waiting I finally called and was told " oh we got the results a week and a half ago, you can stop the iron" I don't know if anyone has been on high amounts of iron but it makes you very nauseous and I would have appreciated getting results when they came in I also waited for nearly an hour to see the doctor. Not impressed with the way the practice is run whatsoever.

There is not a better and more compassionate DR.

Good doctor but horrible staff it is impossible to make an appointment when urgent and the wait is always really long

my family has been using Dr. Divincenzo for nearly 15 years! she is an excellent doctor who takes her time with the patient and the kids love her. unfortunatly, the office staff is not as competent as they can be, messages are often not delivered to the doctor in a prompt manner. also, in middle of office hours the phone will go to voice messages and it is even more difficult to get in touch with the nurse triage. additionally, it is hard to get an appointment and there are very long wait times in the waiting room. with better management the office would be an ease to work with.

I love this practice. Very little wait time for the most part. The doctors are knowlegable and caring. The nurses are really good with my kids. Even the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend their practice to all of my friends.
