The women in the front staff was rude to start with but she told me I owed the full amount, I believe it was $120 for a visit. I told her that I’ve already met my deductible and it should be 20% of that. She then acted like when I made the appt I didn’t give them my insurance info and now had to run it, when I called to setup the appt I did indeed give them my insurance info. Then told me that I haven’t met my deductible and that my family met it but I as an individual didn’t meet the goal. I told her I didn’t think that was correct. I see another dr ever month and I only pay 20%. I then canceled my apt that i was already there for because I didn’t have the $120. I called my insurance once I got home and of course they told me the lady was incorrect. I wish I would of called my insurance while I was in office to correct the staff member right then. Won’t be back.

This Doctor has been the most sincere and caring Doctor I have had . I have been seeing Dr banjo over 7 yrs and he keeps me healthy , he cares about his patients and doesn’t make you wait very long. He talks to his patients instead of looking at a chart he looks at you and ask how you are 1st. Not just charting. He also has very good staff . Very professional team.

I Love Dr. Banjo, and I am not one to even "Like" Dr's. His staff is courteous and always have a smile for you. Dr. Banjo is very relaxing, knowledgeable, and personable. I am so glad I found them!
