Dr. Charity Elizabeth Weldt, MD

Dr Weldt is a physician who knows family practice. She's enthusiastic and is always on top of whatever is reported on my chart. She knows when to refer a patient.

I have noticed an improved ability to communicate with Dr. Weldt since she started at the clinic and she became my physician. So 3 or 4 years ago.

Very thorough..listened to my concerns and offered suggestions on how to improve my current ailments. Her 'bedside manner' has greatly improved!

I was very impressed with Dr Weldt. She asked questions, explained what she thought we needed to do. She answered my questions and exam went very well. I had a couple more questions to ask, but so was so impressed I forgot to ask them They weren't a great concern, but was curious. Very good experience with the appointment. I felt very at ease.

Excellent care

I felt like from the beginning that she didn't believe that I had strep and needed antibiotics. I rarely get sick, I had just been exposed to Strep and knew I had it. She explained that all sore throats don't need antibiotics, which I am well aware of. I felt like she was brushing me off until she could get the throat culture results, which came a couple hours after my visit and it was positive for strep.

The provider seemed rushed and uninterested In my Illness. She Interrupted me when I was trying to explain my symptoms.

She was the Worst Doctor I have ever had.

I had my yearly physical and I was never asked about my period, was not given a breast exam or pelvic exam. Reflexes were not tested. It just seemed rushed and not much done. She was nice but I didn't think very thorough. Did not see my normal doctor as couldn't get in to see her for over a month.
