Dr. Charles A. Smith, DO

My family and I have been Dr. Smith's patients for 25+ years. We all just got letters saying he was leaving but not why or where. We will certainly miss him. We felt very secure with him as our doctor and will miss him. We wish him well where ever he goes. I asked one of the girls in his office but she said she didn't know and maybe he was retiring. I found that strange that I couldn't get an answer from his office. We were quite satisfied in his care all of these years. 5*

I've been seeing Dr. Smith for a couple years. I called to get an updated MMR vaccine. It was a month before I could get in. We discussed my meds and general health but they didn't have the MMR available. Pretty sure they missed the purpose of my visit. Looking elsewhere, and definitely NOT GENESIS affiliated!

Had an appointment as a new patient with Dr Smith. Very good doctor and cares about patients. Listens to you and very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

My last appointment was so rushed I was literally in the exam room with him for 5 minutes max. My questions or concerns were not answered and he already printed out refills prior to me being able to ask for 90 day prescriptions, which saves me money.
