Dr. Charles Brandon Crow III, MD

There are not enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude for Dr Crowe. I could not ask any physician to be more professional, courteous, thorough, and compassionate. I presented to his office with very concerning symptoms. Dr Crowe listened very attentively and acted upon the information. He went out of his way to call a specialist on my behalf and I was seen the following day. Before leaving Dr Crowe’s office, he assured me I would be taken care of and would help me get back to some sense of normalcy again. In some ways I feel like he saved my life.

Dr Crowe is a good doctor and have used him for many years. His staff in front are useless and very rude to say the least. They do not return your phone calls when promised if at all. They don't follow up on referrals as promised! You have to call 3 to 4 times and many trips to pharmacy with no prescription called in. They have an attitude that makes you fill like they could care less what you think! Don't waste your time unless you have all day to follow-up and argue with them! I feel that my time is just a valuable as theirs! Currently Looking for another doctor after many years of this abuse!

His nurse Kim and med transcribe Samantha don't respond to phone calls or emails till you call many times, they aren't professional and the blood tests they say they are running aren't the ones they actually run. I had to also pay for blood tests that were useless, as in I said I had eaten and therefore the blood test wasn't accurate but unbeknown to me they ran the test anyway. So I paid for unnecessary bloodwork. Dr Crow doesn't take good notes so every visit is like your first. I had to find another primary.

Dr. Crow is a highly accomplished physician who has examined thousands of pilots who fly daily on our nations airways. He is punctual, caring and extremely professional. In addition to his aviation medical practice, Dr. Crow is an extremely capable internal medicine physician who is respected through the medical community.

I have used him for 20 plus years and he has taken good care of my family.

I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone. The receptionist is the rudest person to deal with on routine prescription refills. Worst experience ever in trying to get refills.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crow's off and on since 2004. He's a bit out of my way so I've tried other doctors closer to my home but I always go back to Dr. Crow. His sense of humor is a bit off the wall but once you get a handle on his type of humor, you'll find that he's a very caring & more than competent doctor. He has gone WAY out of his way for me at times. I once had a panic attack near his office and was able to pull into his office. He & his nurse stopped what they were doing and cared for me. They sat with me until the attack was over. I trust him explicitly.
