We went for a court ordered custody/parenting time of valuation. I was worried because I’m the father and I believe mothers get preferential treatment. Our kids range in age from 8 to 14. Dr. Diament was thorough, comprehensive and most importantly, fair and understanding. His report was so complete and thorough, we just agreed to wait and it’s entirety and both felt it was extremely fair. I was relieved to find a professional who doesn’t have preconceive notion’s about the roles of fathers in their children’s lives. DrD bring wisdom and experience to the clinical work. He is insightful, humorous, direct and down to earth. Dr. Diament just completed a custody evaluation with my family. Not only was he sensitive to the children's needs, but his recommendations involved more time to me and his report was fairly critical of my ex-wife and her manipulative attempts to alienate me from my children. And just for the record, she is attractive and certainly, Dr. Diament was not distracted by that nor did that factor into his recommendations to the court. .I would suggest to the father that was critical of him to self examine rather than immediately assume that the issue is with Dr. Diament rather than himself.

Dr. Diament is extremely bias and will go out of his away to disparage the male in a custody evaluation. His evaluation will be laughed out of court due to his overt favoritism of the female half in the custody evaluation. Completely unethical and unprofessional.

A highly skilled, insightful, and caring therapist, his work with our teen has made ALL the difference in his recovery.
