Dr. Charles H Geneslaw, MD

I've been bringing my kids to Dr G for 21 years and I can't speak highly enough about him. He gets to the point and doesn't sugar coat anything. Great Dr!!!

I’ve been on the search for a doctor for my baby with Down Syndrome and thought I was at the end of my rope until I went to him. I have a lot of children but the baby needs extra care. I’ve only went twice and already know this is where we’ll stay! He’s so knowledgeable and his bed side manner is great. His staff is so kind and friendly. He takes his time and explains and made me comfortable with my child. I can’t say enough good things. I’m truly happy it took me so long to find him because now I know where I was meant to be.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to ANYONE!!! I took my daughter in the office because she was coughing and wheezing, he said her lungs were clear and we just have to let the "cold" run its course. Well her fever went back up that night and we took her to the ER at 11pm and come to find out she had a PNEUMONIA!!! Are you kidding me? Sent my daughter home telling us we had nothing to worry about. GRRR! ;; then on a separate occasion, we brought her in with a stomach virus, literally vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days straight, during our visit he proceeded to call me a "LIAR" when I was telling him what was going on with my daughter. He has no bedside manner and he's the rudest doctor I've ever met! I've been in the medical field for over 10 years now, and this man needs to retire, he just doesn't care anymore. He seems almost like when you come in, that you're bothering or annoying him. I don't know. I just wouldn't recommend him.

Horrible Bedside manner. I can't believe how he speaks to parents as if they know nothing.

I have to say that Dr. Geneslaw seems to be very knowledgeable in the field of pediatrics, however, his personal skills leave, a whole lot, to be desired. When I say a lot, I mean, a TON. I brought my son in for a visit and I had to bring my daughter with me. I admit that they were very rambunctious and as a result, Dr. Geneslaw referred to my daughter as "dopey"- let me reiterate- "DOPEY". As a medical professional myself, I could not believe the lack of censorship he demonstrated that day. I fully understand that it is very trying at times to deal with difficult patients and their families on a daily basis, but that is part of the package and one must deal with such circumstances in a professional manner. I am very upset with his lack of inhibition and the manner in which he dealt with the visit. Thus, for the aforementioned reasons, I am only allowing him 1 star.

We love this doctor ! He is super smart and never makes me feel like I'm stupid or overreacting over my son. He takes me in right away and he explains everything ! He makes you feel like you are his only patient . Eveytime I call with a question he himself calls me back to talk. We highly recommend dr Geneslaw !!!

Dr. Geneslaw has been taking care of my children for over 24 years and i have been able to watch his practice grow. When my first child was born over three weeks early I hadn't selected a pediatrician. My OB/GYN recommended Dr. Geneslaw. I've never regretted it. We have gone through some interesting situations not the least of which was the stroke my son suffered at the age of six. This came only two years after his autism diagnosis. Viruses, allergies, broken arms and growing up. He's been with us every step of the way. Thanks Dr. Geneslaw!
