Dr. Charles David Hensleigh, MD

My husband and I have seen Dr H for years and over the last few years he has gotten careless and hurried. He misdiagnosed my husbands condition on a Friday and by Sunday my husband was in the Er with a worsened condition. He was admitted to the hospital and ended up on dialysis from kidney failure among other things he had become toxic from an infection that had gotten in his blood stream and started shutting down organs. I think if he had not hurried us through and listened to us instead of his nurse that my husband might be around.

My wait time was long because I was a work in. But I didn't mind because he has been my doctor since birth and he is such a great, understanding, patient doctor. His whole staff is so nice and they all are always smiling and busy at the same time. I couldn't pick no other doctor nor Practice to attend better than my Dr. David Hensleigh.

Dr. Hensleigh was one of my primary care physicians since I was born. His old partner, Dr. Buddy actually delivered me. After Dr. Buddy left the practice, Dr. Hensleigh continued to be my one and only PCP. He is great, remembers his patients and takes time out to talk to you if you have any questions. The staff have also always been beyond friendly. He is the only doctor in Clay County that I've had experience with that I'd recommend.

Dr Hensleigh and ALL of his staff are always working to find be the best ways to diagnos and help there patients with swift professionalism and caring. I would recommend anyone to see Dr Hensleigh for any type of medical treatment or emergency. They always do their best to get patients in and seen too as quickly as possibly, with very little wait time. I've never met a kinder nicer staff than at Dr Hensleighs. I recommend his services 100 percent?

I have known several family, friends, and acquaintances that he has been their doctor for several years. I know that he has continued to prescribe medications that are addictive and have adverse effects on vital organs, such as the liver, even after being told that the patient has a problem misusing the drugs. If her cares so much about his patients, then why does he continue to ignore concerns of family and friends when it comes to the types and amounts of medications he gives his patients?

I think Dr. Hensleigh is the best physician in this area. His staff is courteous, he is professional, caring and you can tell he enjoys being a physician. He has been taking care of my family for 25 years and I can't imagine using anyone else.
