Dr. Charles Jun Huh, MD

Dr. Huh is a phenomenal gastroenterologist, a wonderful human being, and the man that saved my life.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Huh for a few procedures and he has ALWAYS been wonderful - he cares about us and takes his time to listen to our concerns. His office staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Huh was recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended him to others as well.

Dr. Huh said my digestive issues were in my head...I was dumbfounded...The woman at the front spends more time looking at her nails than she does doing whatever she gets paid for.

Doctor Huh listened to my problem and quickly scheduled me for an endoscopy. I was having an anxiety attack and really needed to find out about the discomfort I was having. I was able to schedule the procedures two days later.... and Dr. Huh called me to let me know everything was OK same day!! When I saw him for follow-up appointment today, he also showed great concern and care for my other issue.....that was great feeling and I really felt a boning between a doctor and a patient. Thank you, doctor, Huh. I will defiantly come back to see him again!! p.s. His office staff is also very well mannered and kind! I felt so welcomed as a new patient

poor explanation to patient and family, no follow-up calls, no return calls. receptionist thinks she's a doctor also

It is hard getting older and having problems with what you can eat and going to the bathroom. You want at least your doctor to listen to what you've been going through and go through economical and physically feasible treatment options with you with kindness. Not tell you, either you do this or I can't help you. Secretary has that fake nice voice as she's talking to you, knowing what she's saying makes her sound bad-mannered.

Huh was entirely dismissive of my concerns and distracted for the whole 5 minutes of the appointment. I left with no understanding of both my diagnosis and my medication. He did not follow-up and did not attempt to address with my worries with compassion.

Staff is plain rude. Huh is full of himself and would not hear out my concerns. He did not diagnose me correctly. He did not follow up even though I was very sick.

Staff was rude. Dr. Huh was running late. He did not hear my concerns and I felt rushed out of the office. 40 min wait for a 10 min appt.

I saw Dr. Huh today (he now practices in Huntington, WV rather than Virginia). I have nothing negative to say about this doctor. I was very pleased with his services during my appointment. Finally, I found a doctor who took my concerns seriously and listened to me (as opposed to thinking I was foolish and not informed about the condition to which I referred). I actually got to see the doctor about 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. He was very informative and helpful when I had questions. I would certainly recommend Dr. Huh to others.
