This doctor was almost explicitly set on torturing my child with zero care for how my child was feeling. Could not explain the procedure and testing necessary and even began to act annoyed that I wanted to be informed on my child’s health. Would not recommend his services or abilities as a physician.

Friendly, highly professional, knowledgeable and quickly gave my child proper treatment!I Definitely recommend him!

Staff at WBMC is great, except for Dr. Jeanpierre. He is horrible in every way. Bedside manner, taking history, relaying information. Just terrible. Went there for concussion check and possible wrist fracture. He only talked to us for a total of about 4 minutes the entire time we were there. Relied only on radiology and did not correctly diagnose the concussion. Let a child walk out with a concussion and never talked to us about signs/symptoms/follow up. Plus he prescribed a medicine that could make a concussion worse. He is terrible and should not be practicing medicine.
