I appreciate Dr. Kucera's candor. He is thorough and I never feel rushed. Staff and communication is great.

Do not see Dr Kucera! After 2 weeks I have not recieved a response from him in regards to a med not working! You can not reach the office staff through the phone # provided as it goes to the scheduling department and even they couldn't reach office staff to transfer a call. After driving to the office the lady at the front desk lied to me stating she had been there all day and answered all calls. Needless to say no one at the office could assist me only leave a message to which they don't respond! Never going back to this office! 0 customer service & 0 care for their patients!

My husband went to see Dr. Kucera. His office staff are wonderful, and the Dr himself is AWESOME. My husband really felt comfortable with him.

My wife went to see him as he was the only one with a opening. She works as a nurse, see patients all day. The most seen thing were she worked last week was strep throat. She was coming down with something, (swollen tonsils, white spots, very sore throat, headache). We had the 3/4 of the amount needed of the antibiotics for it at home for this. (was prescribed months before and then the test came back negative and stopped.) She started taking them. Started to fill better 3 days later. figures she had better make an appointment to complete the Rx. Dr. Kucera, comes into the room. Does not introduce himself, say good afternoon, nothing. Just starts giving my wife gruff for taking the antibiotics. Never asked her symptoms, why she started taking the antibiotics, nothing. He then went ahead and did a rapid test, and a culture. Even knowing they would both come back negative because she took the antibiotics. Then said he would treat what the test come back as? How about you treat the… patient's symptoms, what is working and what is not. How about asking the patient WHY they did what they did?
