Dr. Charles Obinna Nnewihe, MD

My Doctor, Dr. Nnewihe was great and very helpful. However, the office staff is, by far, the worst I have ever experienced in or out of the medical profession. After more than a week and 10 phone calls, I have been unable to obtain a printed prescription for my medication or my records for my office visit. The staff would rather argue, obfuscate, talk over the patient and give excuses for failing to provide HIPAA required documentation for patient requests of medical records. It is a shame that the office personnel at Regional Nephrology undo and damage the excellent medical care that Dr. Nnewihe provided.

Dr. Nnewihe is very knowledgeable with all new medications referring to Kidney Failure. Has great bedside manners and is very patient with his patients.

I have had a wonderfully rewarding experience with Dr. Charles Nnewihe. He is more than willing to give all of his attention to each patient. The patient feels as if they are the Sole Patient at the time of his examination. He listens intently to his patients and asks questions when necessary. I would give him a 5 star rating. The only improvement or critcism I can offer is the courtesy of the front of office staff. The women who take care of the appointments and billing are rude at best. The waiting time in the office can be rather lengthy but a good book is recommended.
