ive been seeing dr. cobb for awhile now. he tells me like it is and offers me sugestions on how to deal with certain situations going on with me at the time. i still havent gotten to the point of telling him more about my past but i believe in time that will happen because im trusting him more each time i see him. trust is hard for me because after seeing my old pycyitirist for many years he was sent to prison. dont get me wrong, dr cass had a big part in keeping me alive when i didnt want to be because of things that were happening in my life at that time. dr cobb is helping me to try to overcome some major fears in my life. i want to live and am afraid of the future of the earth and what is happening on the earth now. im still afraid of 2012 but hes helping me to relize that i have no control over the earth and that i cant change what ever will happen then. im always in the whatif's and but phase. what if this happens or but is a place i get stuck in my head. im working on trying to… stop saying it and i find im slowly starting to be more positive about things thanks to him! i would recomend him to any one.
