What Visit? 0-4 attempts. Patients are selectively or wholesale Refused appointments. You can only complain to the staff who rejected you. Ergo, I wanted to Upgrade to Concierge ($2500) but as it was being described by one desk girl, another interrupted and said there was a waiting list for that too, and would call me back. NO Call Back. The staff even suggest you got to Urgent Med or ER. Want Nothing to do with 5+ year running patient.

After having Dr. Johnson as my trusted physician for more than 25 years and needing an appointment for extreme dizziness with very high blood pressure, I was told when I called for an appointment that he is now only providing concierge services at a fee of $2,500 per family member, per year. When asked if that included any free services, I was told no, and that insurance would still be billed. The benefits, I was told, include being seen the same day instead of needing an appointment, and parking near the building. I was completely blown away. The person I spoke with first about this was completely heartless and didn't even provide the information, I had to draw it out of her. Her first response was simply, he only sees concierge patients. I had to ask what that meant to which she replied, you were sent a letter. I then had to ask several questions to get the full details. What a shame to see Dr. J. have such uncaring people working for him now. I gave a rating of 2 instead of… 1 only because I still care for Dr. J and his wife, Lisa.

Compassionate, smart, personable and easy to talk to...

I've been a patient for about 20 years. Although the practice has grown the team there is personable and takes time. If it's for a minor ailment or an annual physical/checkup I might see a PA rather than Dr Johnson but that's okay with me.

I love the staff ,Dr Johnson , his wife Lisa , his son (nurse practitioner), the reception / front desk ;!all of them actually care about the people ( you know their patients) . Rare to find these days . Also rare to find a family office . They treat the staff and patients with respect dignity, patience and privacy that they deserve as well as treat them as they are famiy. I'm not comfortable with any other Dr . They make you feel comfortable and are easy to talk to . They actually listen !!! Also rare these days . I wish I could give them more stars . How about 100 % . Without all these things they practice on a daily basis.....we end up with no results and unhappy staff that do not care . Instead ...we have them !! Lucky us . Every Dr I have seen in my life make me feel ( basically like cattle ) .. Prescribe the same thing they did the patient before you ....send you on your way . Never make eye contact or have an actual human conversation. Dr. Johnson doesn't even take my insurance… . Totally Worth paying cash ( that's how highly I feel for this practice ) rather than see yet another cattle farmer. NOPE If Dr J can't fix me ........I'm toast !!! :)

Let's put it this way.....all doctors and staff should be this caring about their patients!

Dr. Johnson and his staff are the best.

Dr. Johnson is excellent doctor especially with diagnosis and recommendations for health care and choice of prescription drugs for me. He know more than anyone I have worked with about choices of medications to help my blood pressure and diabetes's 2 so they agree with me Gratefully

staff is horrible, can't be bothered. patient is responsible for following up, getting scripts, following up for results, calling for appts, calling and calling and calling for staff to send promised results

Iâ??m writing this because I came to this website to look up my doctors address, saw a negative entry, and was hurt. I felt bad for Doc, so I am writing my experiences. Dr. Johnson has been doctor to my entire family for over 20 years: my former husband who died from cancer; my son, who became a quadriplegic in his senior year and is now 30; myself, who had a heart attack among other surgeries; my new husband, whom doc found had an unknown lung issue; and my husbandâ??s son. Through all of our experiences over the past 20years, Dr. Johnson has been compassion, thorough, and proven that he is dedicated to doing the absolute best that he can in any situation by his actions. So, when I hear someone speak unkindly and want to try to damage the reputation of a fine doctor, I wonder what is wrong with that person that by having a bad day, which we ALL have, would purposely slander someone who God has clearly gifted with a talent. There is no way anyone in this office treated… someone so poorly that they deserve that entry. No one claims to be perfect here. Dr. Johnson is not a magician, but he does have a gift that he is sharing with compassion, and professionalism. And anyone who thinks otherwise, clearly does not know him. That wait he has is because people who come to him continue to come for years, and refer others to him as well. He is just one man, not a firm, who probably is blessed not to have nasty patients. And if someone in that office was less than kind to you, you were probably rude first. Your visit vs 20 years experience. I recommend him to anyone who needs a family doctor, and will continue to do so. You clearly do not KNOW these people.
