Charles Wolfe

The focus of my practice is to give all patients the best possible care by getting to know the them, listening to their concerns and taking extra time to make sure they understand the diagnosis(es) and treatment plan(s).
I am an American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) board certified family nurse practitioner at St. Luke’s University Health Network. I have been in the healthcare field since 1998 when I started working as a nursing assistant and hospice aide while attending undergraduate school. My nursing career includes experience in medical, surgical, emergency and neuro ICU over a 12-year period. I then advanced my degree to nurse practitioner to incorporate my experience and knowledge sets to take my patient care to the next level.
I offer services including: wellness visits for patients starting at 5 years of age, physicals, sick visits, minor urgent care (suturing, sprains, joint injections, etc.), and chronic disease management (elevated blood pressure, …diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, etc.). In order to provide up to date treatment options to my patients, I focus my continuing education on current and innovative ideas.
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities, motorcycle riding, teaching myself guitar and spending time with my wife, children and our two “furbabies.”
