Charlesse Pondt-Huannou, MD

Dr. Pondt manages my sickle cell and is always there when I need her. Sometimes I speak with Mayra and she is even able to help me without escalating it to Dr. Pondt. This is how you know even their staff are experts in what they do. Jill and Cherle are a pleasure to work with when scheduling last minute appointments.

Unfortunately I was not able to get to talk to the doctor yesterday. I would have preferred in person visit than this zoom nonsense. Even when I responded that I was ready for the video conferencing, no response again from anyone.

From the moment arrived to the moment I left -- my visit and procedures were comfortable, safe, kind, courteous and clear.

Dr. Pondt has made my oncology experience as "pleasant" as it could possibly be. She is knowledgeable and patient, and doesn't hesitate to recommend treatment at other facilities if she feels it would benefit me. I genuinely feels she cares. I've dealt with other doctors in bigger hospitals and bigger cities and would take Dr. Pondt above all.

Comfortable and appreciative of attention during my visits

I have only visit this facility twice, but the (2) two times I have visit , I found this facility very amazing. Dr. Pondt is not only a beautiful person, but she has a beautiful personality, friendly and kindliness all in one. And don't let me leave out her staff workers, they blends right in with her amazing group.

Dr. Pondt is simply a great doctor. She takes many things into consideration and always goes above and beyond my expectations.
