Dr. Charlotte Jane Smith, MD

Dr. Charlotte Smith demonstrated poor bedside manner during my visit. She was curt, dismissive, and visibly irritated when I asked questions, sighing, avoiding eye contact, and ultimately suggesting I seek care elsewhere. She verbalized reluctance to provide treatment, disregarded my requests, and proceeded in a way that caused me significant distress. Her conduct felt unprofessional and left me feeling dismissed and harmed.

I've never met a better doctor. She actually LISTENS to you! She makes you feel immediately comfortable, like you could tell her anything. She also takes the time to explains things to you and wants you to be involved in your care. I wish she could be my primary doctor/all my doctors all the time. She is so friendly and goes above and beyond. I am so happy I met her.
