It's already a nightmare now I see why they have 1.8 stars

I WAS MISDIAGNOSED AND WROTE A LETTER DISPUTING MY BILL. I WROTE A LETTER AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE JUST ANOTHER BILL. WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR SHE TALKED OVER ME AND STATED THAT THE BILL WOULD NOT BE ADJUSTED. I SPENT OVER $250.00 ON AN OFFICE VISIT AND MEDICATIONS I DID NOT NEED.

I trust and appreciate Dr Connie Hsu and her staff.

Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional! Especially a woman by the name of Alexandria!!

Dr. Hsu's professionalism is outstanding. Her interactions with patients and family is fantastic. She is one of the most knowledgable Dr.'s we have encountered and we have seen many. She has been an extremely vital part of the care of our family.
