All of these other reviews seem very specious for how poorly I personally have been treated over the years. Please understand you are not a patient you are money to them. I missed a wellness check for my work (that would have saved me a significant amount of money) because they admittedly weren't answering the phones for months. My loyalty and not wanting to change clinics prevailed so I persisted. I just walked in 10 minutes late from a remote meeting that went long and was told after they conferred in the back that "i would have to be rescheduled, they have a ten-minute policy". Please do yourself a favor and find an office that cares about your wellbeing not looking for a reason to not to see you.
