My prior PCP moved out of the Chicago area and she was one of the Physicians who was on the list he said would be a good match...I have been a patient of the practice for 20 plus years and chose her for and scheduled an intial appointment . I had read some of the reviews and wasn't expecting her to be my final choice. I found her to be a bit quirky but competent doctor. After joking about our shared first names she asked why was I there and went over my vast medical history and issues. She did her exam and submitted refills for all my medications. She also gave me all my referrals for yearly screenings. A few days later she called with the results and went over every single thing and explained what it meant... A few days later I needed a medical form completed and faxed it to her team. It was completed the same day and faxed immediately to the agency and I received my copy as well. I believe that she's is an approachable physician. She's prompt and has shown … empathy at each appointment.

I was really dismayed at the lack of interest in me as a patient. I was seeking help and answers and was very worried about my health. The doctor really didn't seem to care or try to answer most of my questions. I left her office feeling dissatisfied and helpless. It was the last time I went to see her. She's really not available most days anyway.

Does not get back to you as promised for blood test results. The doctor charges if you want your result by phone even if she tells you she will call you. Always had good experiences until now. Not going back. My symptoms are worse and have left 3 messages to have the doctor call me and no return calls.
