Dr. Cheston Simmons, MD

Dr Simmons was fantastic, today as he always is! He focuses on my total wellbeing, not just on the opportunity to do more surgery! He’s interested and makes me feel comfortable, my best interests are a priority, I’m not just an opportunity for him to do more surgery!!! I’m very relieved and grateful after my visit!!

I saw Dr. Simmons yesterday to schedule a date for my knee replacement surgery. He spent over an hour describing everything involved and answering questions. He was patient and an excellent communicator. After our meeting I moved on to the scheduler who did an excellent job finding a workable date and explaining all the pre-op considerations and requirements. She too was patient and thorough. I felt well informed and ready to move forward. What a relief to be so comfortable and confident in my doctor and his team.

2026 I went to Dr. Simmons to get a second opinion about knee surgery. He told me that I was not a candidate for knee replacement, gave me a cortisone shot, and prescribed physical therapy. I was extremely grateful to Dr. Simmons.

Appointment was good. Dr. Simmons took x-rays and confirmed that I need 2 full knee replacements. I wanted both done at same time but he convinced me that was a poor decision. His experience has been longer recovery, high risk and more pain. I scheduled my left knee for May. He did my husband's knee and he had an excellent outcome!

I thought Dr Simmons was an excellent doctor. He was patient and kind but they he was not the kind of orthopedist that I was supposed to be scheduled with so now I have to make another appointment to ask the same question.

I enjoyed meeting Dr, Simmons and have agreed to go ahead with the surgery. Dr. Simmons took the time to listen to me and explain how the surgery would work and what to expect afterwards. He was friendly and knowledgeable.I truly appreciate the time he took with me.

Dr simmons is a very good doctor. He. Explains everything that’s going to be done and answers. Any questions that you ask him . He did my hip and it’s been wonderful ever since. Now I’m gonna get my knee done and I know it will be very good too .. And I must say everybody in that office is very nice and kind to you.

He is the best. Dr Simmons has replaced both my hips and replaced my wife’s knee. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. At our check ups he is patient and at the same time very practical. Thank you so much to Dr Simmons.
