Dr. Chris Sambaziotis, MD

Dr Sambaziotis is patient kind, respectful and has a wonderful "bedside manner". He provides details of your condition; gives you options and explains the procedures. He makes you feel that you are the most important person. He gives you assurances and provides potential solutions to your problems. He puts your mind at ease. I would recommend him to anyone who is facing orthopedic problems. You will definitely feel well taken care of.

Dr. Sambaziotis was direct, informative and dead on with his analysis of my hip, what would happen in pre and post operative surgery, and the difference between my first hip replacement and the anterior approach he used. Now that I have had both hips replaced, the anterior approach used by Dr. Sambaziotis was far superior. The time to full use of the hip was shortened by at least 60%. The pain level was significantly less. Can not say enough good things about Dr. Sambziotis. Absolutely wonderful.

I had both my knees replaced by Dr. Sam... like many others wished I had done it sooner by him - he is a wonderful person whom is a great doctor! He has an easy bedside manner - I was lucky to have him as my doctor - If you're lucky enough to have him perform surgery on you - you won't be disappointed! Quality of Life!

I had a partial knee replacement and my recovery has been great! Dr. Sambaziotis is just excellent ! I was blessed to be referred to him and to New England Baptist Hospital!

Had my THR at the New England Baptist Hospital, 30th of May, 2018. First time ever having Surgery. All the Staff at the Baptist hospital couldn't do enough for me. I almost didn't want to go home:) Dr. Sambaziotis performed by Anterior Approach Hip Replacement, a minimally invasive surgery. I was up walking the same day and home the following day. Amazing!! I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was off my pain meds the day after I came out of the hospital and just took the over the counter Tylenol. My recovery from the surgery has been nothing but amazing. Not only is he a skilled top notch surgeon, he is a wonderful, lovely human being and I was so blessed to have him as my Surgeon. Everyday my life will be better because of him.

Dr. Sambaziotis is a skilled medical professional with a compassionate approach in dealing with his patients. He fully explains treatement options and listens to his patients.

I saw him at the Kenmore location, but he is totally awesome. He has a GREAT bedside manner. He totally listened to me, heard what I was saying and validated my feelings and concerns. Despite the fact that surgery for me was undoubtedly in the future and was going to happen no matter what, he tried to look for other ways to ease the pain and make things easier on me because I'm so young (42). In the end, it didn't work out that way and I ended up having the total knee replacement but he is an amazing man. If I ever find myself in a position where I need to have my other knee or my hips replaced (which I hope I don't), I would go back to him in a New York minute.

He did a THR on me. It was my first experience with a surgeon. I expected someone with a huge ego. Dr. S took a lot of time with me going over x-rays and what would happen. Very caring. Happy to say my surgery worked like a charm - no more of that bone-on-bone pain! I recommend him highly.

Nice guy-easy to talk to - did my surgery at NEBH - had a fall 3 wks later - the visiting nurse could not find any emergency contact number for him ANYWHERE. Ended up talking to some PCP - had no clue who Dr. S. was....scary.
