Dr. Christian Denis Clasby, MD

Dr Clasby cancelled my contract due to my going on a family trip and not taking my entire script with me. His front desk called and told me to come in and do a pill count and a urine test just as I arrived in hotel room 5 hours from my home. I answered their call and said ok and asked where do I go to have this done and who pays for it? I had just arrived in my hotel room with my family for a lone weekend family trip that was a 5 hour drive from our home. We had planned and paid for our hotel 3 months in advance. Dr Clasby knew I was going. When I realized while on the phone with her I didn't have my whole script of pills with me I asked the lady on the phone what do I do? She said well forget it because he will cancel your contract if you don't have all your pills with you. I didn't know I wasn't aloud to not have all of them with me. I suggested I still do a urine test and have what pills I had with me counted and I asked where do I go. The lady said No Dr Clasby will cancel your… contract because I didn't have all your pills with you. I asked couldn't I show what I had and then come in after my trip on Monday and show what I had plus do another urine test. She said No! She didn't say it to me but she made me feel they expected me and my family to drive the 5 hours trip back home. I broke down crying she made me feel so bad over the phone. My family didn't want to leave. That totally ruined our weekend with my family. I didn't always carry all my meds with me everywhere I went. I never knew I had to. After I arrived home I called them back. The front desk said Nope your contract has been cancelled call your military primary care doctor and make other arrangements. I was upset. The lady then claimed my last urine test came out showing I had no pain meds in my system. I felt she was just saying that because she knew they didn't treat me right about the situation. I told her that was a impossible that I will have test to prove that it was wrong. At this point she made me feel they suggested I wasn't taking my meds. However, I seen my military doctor the very next day and they did a urine test plus a pill count. They agreed with me that I did nothing wrong on my part and it was wrong for them to cancel my contract. I learned later that the second label the pharmacy gave me with my script was in case I didn't carry my entire bottle of meds in my purse. They put one on my bottle and gave an extra one for when I carried less in my purse. I don't suggest that anyone go to a doctor who makes you feel like a criminal as Dr Clasby's and his office did me.

Wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to you and address and concerns/questions you might have. He is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm very lucky to have been referred to him.

He sucks and will kick u out at the drop of a hat. Seriously, don't go to him. He's just been in practice like 5 years.
