Dr. Christie Mousaw, DO

Dr. Mousaw exceeds all expectations I had when choosing a primary physician. She responds to my phone calls or portal messages the same day (sometimes within moments!). She is honest and straight forward. She truly cares about my health and Makes sure to stay on top of me when I am in need of testing or implementing her recommendations. She contacts me immediately upon receiving my results. Her office staff are consistent when it comes To communicating my needs To Dr. Mousaw and getting me in urgently when needed. When I have called after hours I do not get a covering physician .. I get to speak with MY doctor! I have recommended many to Dr. Mousaw and all have nothing but amazing things to say! If you are searching for a new primary physician - here she is !

Dr Mousaw is the best!!!! She really cares about her patients and their care and I could feel it from the moment I met her. I've never met a doctor as nice as her. She goes above and beyond for her patients and from what I understand the office had an emergency recently (she was not on vacation as assumed in a previous comment) and had to reschedule some appointments. I was one of them and the office was very nice and helped me get in to see her the next available appointment. I was even able to connect with her that same night on the MyChart, I was very pleased! Office staff is amazing as well! Overall A+!

I've been seeing Dr. Mousaw for 7 years now, and have kept her as my primary care doctor even though I now live over an hour from her office. She is always very caring and our appointments never feel rushed. I have always been able to make an appointment when I need one, and I feel very comfortable being honest with her about my not-so-healthy behaviors, knowing that she will listen to me without judgement and give me useful recommendations, instead of being condescending and accusatory, like some of my previous doctors. At my most recent visit, I was diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia, and instead of leaving me to navigate the cardiologist, she had the cardiology practice downstairs squeeze me in that morning, and followed up with me throughout all of the testing; my cardiologist didn't even call me to let me know the outcome of my tests, but when my results were referred to Dr. Mousaw, she called me immediately to see if I had any questions. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Mousaw is an excellent family physician. She is extremely caring person, gives me always the right treatment and medications and follow up for my results or condition. She answers via fax or email on time. She treats me like I am her only one patient. I have never had better doctor and I highly recommend her.

My family loves Dr. Mousaw. I have four daughters and we all see her. She has a great disposition and makes us feel comfortable and relaxed at every visit
