I was doing everything I could possibly do wrong as a diabetic- horrible diets and depression due to extreme A1C . Being a medical professional I witnessed the dangers of diabetes on a daily routine. Finally I decided this has to stop as my family practice doctor was using the latest drugs the drug reps recommended. Dr realized I needed proper medicine and within 6 months my glucose level is averaging approximately 110 with A1C in the 5.6 to 5.8 range. Dropped 26 pounds and now insulin free. I really cannot say how much I appreciate her decisions and frank discussions. Diabetes is a horrible diagnosis and everything in a little bottle or syringe is not necessarily the solution- it really takes a lifestyle change.

Originally liked Dr. Bratcher for the first couple of visits; however, that changed when my wife needed a referral from Dr. Bratcher because she is in dire need of a pancreas transplant. Due the poor and incorrect notes from the doctor in the referral, my wife is now being denied of the transplant and is slowly suffering a painful death. Do not recommend if type 1 diabetic.

Dr Bratcher and her nurse Susan are amazing . You can definitely tell they love their patients in a very genuine and concerning way. I wish there were more doctors and nurses who had the bedside manner and caring attitude they both possess.. would highly recommend

Wonderful! And her staff is delightful. A great thing in any physician's practice. Dr. has helped me in the few times I have met with her. Very intelligent woman. People skills are excellent. She simply makes your day better and I appreciate that.

Dr. Bratcher is the best doctor I have been to in years. She takes the time to explain things to me clearly. She is honest and realistic. She is very easy to talk to.

I've been a type 2 diabetic for more than five years but could never get my sugars under control. Once I started seeing Dr. Bratcher I've finally received the care, counseling and medication to get it under control. Great doctors, fab staff, short wait time and just great care.

My wait time is usually less than 5 minutes, but that was not an option. I drive over 5 hours one way to go to this clinic, and the office visit is worth the drive!
