Dr. Christina Noelle Lenk, MD

I was thinking of going to see this dr. but the reviews are not what I think I want to encounter. I have heard of her staff before by some of my friends, they said Dr. Lenk is very friendly, and listens to your needs, and concerns, but the front desk and manager are very rude and hateful. I am gonna look elsewhere for a Dr that doesn't have ignorant staff.

I've been serving Dr. Lenk for several years and I followed her when she moved offices. It's less convenient but I wouldn't see anyone else! She listens to everything I say and explains things very well. She gives me entry of time to answer questions. I've had problems with her staff in the past, but her current staff is really good!

I have been a patient for several years and have always had good care from Dr. Lenk, however, her staff is terrible. Teriible attitude, belligerant, and unprofessional. Messages are miscommunicated or "recreated" into ficticious statements,documents do not get delivered, and phone calls do not get returned. Her staff was hostile and beliggerant and sabbotaged my healthcare. Other than that, Dr. Lenk, is a good. She listens to you and gives good care, she just needs to get rid of her nurse/assistant, whatever she is who is hateful and vindictive.

I went to see Dr. Lenk for migraines. She was plesant and sent me for some tests. I've since left 3 messages (over a month's time) because I had a simple question. I have received NO CALL BACK. I expect more from a doctor! I will never go back to her nor would I recommend her to anyone for this reason.
