Dr. Christine Adrienne Marraccini, MD

I am so thankful for the support and attention provided by Dr. Marraccini pre and post surgery. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Marraccini answered my questions, explained the procedure (pros and cons),expected duration and anticipated results. Thus, I was fully aware of what to expect which greatly relieved my anxiety and confirmed my confidence and hope for a successful surgery. The surgery was a success! Dr. Marraccini kept my family abreast of my progress throughout the surgery and at the end. My family was very pleased and comforted by Dr. Marraccini report to them. I highly recommend Dr. Marraccini as she will listen to you, answer your questions and provide you with the best care-surgical and office base care.

I went to Dr. Marraccini because I was concerned about some pain I was having. She was not kind to me at all. She treated me like I was a inconvinence to her. I had tears in my eyes due to her insensitivity and she made a remark about my weight being a problem. I will never ever go back to her and I will more than likely completely quit going to that group all together to avoid ever taking the risk of having her being on call and being my doctor.

Dr. Marraccini is probably just fine at what she does but her bedside manner needs work. She is not very friendly other than a forced smile and she makes the patient feel dumb for asking questions or brining up concerns. Her exams are unnecessarily rough and cause a lot of pain. Towards the end of my pregnancy when they were routinely checking me for dilation, one week I was unable to see her and saw a different doctor, I could not believe how much more gentle this other doctor was during my exam and how much less painful it was. It was then I realized that she could make the experience a lot more pleasant if she chose to. During one exam that was particularly painful, I began to cry afterwards and she told me very condescendingly that if I could not handle it then we did not have to keep doing the checks. I will not be using her in the future and could not recommend her.

I got the stars directly from my Mom as far as scoring, and my experience was Pre op, and post op. Successful operation, actually ready before expected, operation took exactly as long as she told us, and she kept me in the waiting room notified after the operation. My Mom and myself were very impressed with her. I see bad news/opinions travel far and usually good news/opinions stops right away. I'm typing this review to try to show that good news should be broadcast too.

she has been my dr for years. she has seen me though two children and about to see me for third child!! love her!! and nurse Joan!

i want you to know that you sent me home at 7am after i had been there at the hospital for 5 hours and you told me i was just in early labor, that i would know when the REAL ones would hit, well 2 hours after i got home at 933am my son was born at home on my sofa. THANK GOD that the emt's made it there in time to deliver him. no thanks to you. you will never touch me again and everyone i know and will ever talk to that is pregnant will know what you did......
