Dr Mirabal cleans my ears about every 6 months. Unfortunately, she has torn my ear drum twice.

I showed up 20mins early with paperwork filled out as requested and was called back in less than 5mins nurse took vitals and then Dr Mirabal came in with almost no waiting. She took the time to listen to me, asked questions and came up with a well explained diagnosis, she told me what med she was putting me on, asked again if i had any questions or concerns, told me to call if i had any problems and sent me on my way with a follow up appt in 3 months. Total appointment time was 35mins. This is exactly how a Dr visit should go. I highly recomend her !

I felt like Dr.Mirabal was nonchalant with me. I'm super concerned about my hearing and I had to be the one to ask all the questions. I wouldn't recommend anyone to been seen by her. Her staff was amazing comforting and concerned and explained what Dr.Mirabal didn't.

I had some issues with my voice and decided to see an ENT. I got charged a $60 co pay before I went in (which was fine). But after she pretty much did nothing but stick a scope down my throat and dismissed me without a solution, the front desk charged me an ADDITIONAL $60 for the scope. I had no warning at all of how much it would be before she did it ... $120 wasted down the drain.... I’ll never go back to her

I had a severe sinus infection and was referred to Dr. Mirabal by my primary Dr. I found the staff to be very efficient and courteous. Dr. Mirabal was prompt in seeing me within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. She was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends and /or family.

Office visit was quick and did not have to wait a long time to see the doctor. Her prognosis was spot on and she prescribed some meds and I had a pretty quick recovery.
