Dr. Christine Louise Reed, MD

Dr. Reed never makes us feel wrong or bad for bringing our child in for minor things or concerns. She is always patient and caring and takes her time to explain things to us. As a new mom, this is very important to me and my husband. I would recommend her and Plateau Pediatrics to anyone in search of a provider for their child!

Dr. Reed is one of the best doctors we've ever taken our children to. In fact, we hope to never require a different place to take them. Dr. Reed and all the providers at Plateau Pediatrics are extremely caring. They have dropped things in their personal times to come to the office to take care of my children - and not just mine - other people's children also! We are blessed to have this level of quality care here in our back yard.

Dr. Reed is one of the best Dr's at Plateau beside Dr. Suzanne Berman.. She is very helpful, caring, and talks to you in layman terms for us without our doctorate degrees. The nurses are wonderful and the facility is very clean. However, the billing people are very nasty and very difficult to work with. If it wasn't for Dr. Reed, I would no longer give my business to them.. If you do not have TN Care and have to actually pay your bills, I hope your child doesn't frequent them often and you don't have the money to pay all at once. They're the worse people to work with on a payment plan.. So be prepared to pay your bills up front, no matter how many years you have been a loyal customer, they will make it very difficult for you..

We love when we get her, but we often get another doctor when we get there~after making our appointment with her.
