Dr. Stanley A. Myers was born in Portland, Oregon. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Oregon in 1986. After completing both his medical degree and surgical internship at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) in Portland, Dr. Myers completed residency training in general surgery at Kaiser-Permanente Sunset Medical Center in Los Angeles and in urology at OHSU.
His special interests include laparoscopy, endourology, cryosurgery, percutaneous renal stone surgery, and erectile dysfunction.
Dr. Myers has practiced urology in Longview, WA since finishing urology residency training in 1997. He and his wife, Kathleen, are excited to move back to Portland. He loves the outdoor activities the Northwest offers. He is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying, kiteboarding, fly fishing, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Dr. Myers and his wife have three sons.
