Dr. Christopher Anthony Bates

Dr. Bates is a great doctor. He genuinely cares about a patients feels about the care they're receiving.

The most through Dr. Visit I have been too. We discussed for over 2 hours my health and the game plan was to make me healthier. Dr. Bates did not seemed anyway rushed or stressed to get me out the door. He took all the time necessary to fully explore my medical history. Other than Dr. Bates being a Notre Dame grad (:, I was very impressed.

I was Dr. Bates patient for more than twenty years and I was very satisfied with him until the day that I needed to see him. That day, which was the worst day of my life, I tried to get an appointment with him, but it was then I realized that it was easier to get an appointment with the president of United State than my primary care physician. Desperate, I drove to his office, but his secretary still didn't let me to see him. After begging her for ten minutes, she went to his office and returned with a referral to see a specialist. The specialist told me that the referral was inadequate. I called Dr. Bates office and again stonewalled by the secretary. For the second time, I drove to the office and received another wrong referral. Long story short, I had to wait a week, and make countless calls and four fruitless trip to his office that I saw the doctor. I love you Dr. bates, but I refuse to deal with your grim-faced and cruel secretary.

A very caring doctors who takes time to get to know his patients. Have never had a bad experience at this office. Him and his staff are all very knowledgable, honest, and kind. Even his nurses are amazing.

I ahve always found Dr. Bates to be a very caring individual who takes the time to get knwo you perosnally as well as professionally. Iahve found his diagnosis to be right on and very much respect his opinions and abilities.
