Cancelled my appointment the day of the appointment (3 hours before the appointment). I had already registered and paid for the appointment. They did not refund my credit card. Soonest reschedule was a month later. Had a significant problem in the meantime and needed a referral. The office wouldn't give me a referral because I had not yet seen the doctor even though the doctor cancelled my appointment. They said I could see a Dr's Assistant and then get a referral and I was willing to do that but then they said the Dr's Assistant would be my new Primary Care Doctor from then on, not the one I picked. I guess I'm lucky I found out how incompetent and unhelpful the office staff is early on before too much of an investment. I would give zero stars if I could.
