Five minutes is longer than I'd have to wait but this survey didn't give a lesser time option. I usually dont wait at all unless I show up early. Dr Delorie is professional and very efficient and has treated my prolonged back pain sufficiently. His behavior is one of caring and concern. The only drawback I've experienced is a sense of being somewhat rushed. The medical assistants are more than kind and efficient as well.

I have heard the office manager making fun of patients and calling them names like "moron" and "idiot". As the first impression of Dr DElorie's office, you would think he'd want someone with actual people skills and a caring, compassionate nature running his office. Guess not. Stay far, far way!

If it was not for the office manager,who thinks she is the doctor, his buisness would be better.The administrative staff has an attitude.She thinks she is still in New York.WAB :-(

We have found a new provider not b/c of the Dr or the Medical Asst's but b/c of the Front Office Staff that is NOT Courteous, NOT Caring and NOT Professional. We would still be seeing this Dr if it was NOT FOR THE TERIIBLE Front Office Staff!
