Dr. Elder has done operations on both my shoulders and my hip. He is kind, thorough, concerned and offered alternatives if I didn't want surgery. I can't say how much I think of this man. Excellent Surgeon, and human being.

Dr, Elder and his staff were very kind and answered all questions thoroughly! Dr. Elder did surgery on my knee in March and I am thrilled with the results!

I had a Labrum tear repair in January. Dr Elder did a remarkable job. He is very thorough and answered all my questions. Very direct and to the point. I highly recommend him and would definitely choose him for any future issues.

Dr Elder has completed two rotator cuff surgeries for me and has done a terrific job! My family has used him on several other type of surgeries and has done a great job

I hold Dr. Christopher Elder with Asheville Orthopedic in the highest regards and confidence. Prior to seeing Dr. Elder, I had THR in left hip (by a different ortho surgeon). Immediately after the THR, I began having daily pain each time I would lift my leg. After three years of pain and seeing several ortho doctors with no solutions for my pain, Dr. Elder immediately diagnosed the origin of my pain. Dr. Elder corrected the IT band and psoas tendon surgically and I have had No More Pain! Thank you, Dr. Elder!

D.r Elder did shoulder surgery on me to repair rotator cuff, bicep, and laburnum tears. I am thrilled with my results. Dr. Elder is one of the most compassionate and thorough physicians I have ever met. He explains things in great detail that is easy to understand. His bedside manner is excellent, and he doesn't leave the room until you are completely satisfied that all of your questions have been asked and answered.
