Dr. Christopher Mathur, DO

Dr. Mathur has been my Primary Care Physician for over twenty years. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and compassionate.

The best family doctor I have ever had! Spends a lot of time during checkups. Very thorough. Easy to talk to. Explains things clearly. Staff calls you promptly as soon as they receive your test results. He is the absolute best. I have complete faith in him.

Dr. Mathur is a professional, caring, friendly Doctor. He always seems to genuinely care about my physical health. However, staff is unpleasant, disorganized and just plain unprofessional. A sign in the waiting room shows the receptionist won the PCraft award. Don't know how, she is miserable. I recently observed her and another receptionist whispering and complaining about an unhappy patient after the patient complained. It's a shame baca use Dr Mathur truly is a great doctor. They need a new office manager to change their culture.

Dr Mathur listen to his patience and he does not rush you out when visiting. He goes over my file and test and encourages me to do well.

Dr. Mathur is a kind and gentle doctor who takes his time and listens. .His staff is so unorganized and never follows up on prescription or medical issues.They are very uncaring. I am seriously considering finding a new doctor because of this. I hope he does something soon.

It's always a shame when you have to deal with staff that is the picture of poor service to get to a wonderful Dr. Asking for an evening appointment,you get treated like you should KNOW that's months away, so don't even bother. You get to hear the incessant wallowing in the background of people who give you the impression they couldn't care less about your issue. Sad, because Dr Mathur is a true professional with amazing ability and knowledge. This is now the third time over the years that I dreaded having to speak to someome just to get an appointment. Fortunately I don't have to go their frequently. I hope you can discern how wonderful Dr Mathur is, you just have to run the gauntlet to get to him.

Dr. Mathur is a superior physician in an area where the majority of internists are less than satisfactory. He is an aggressive treating physician who does not sit on an abnormal test but rather will retest or go on to the next step for a definitive diagnosis.

Dr Mathur is cautious, detailed, extremely thorough; but I learned,in doing so, he found things in patients other drs may easily overlook. Better safe than sorry. He explains symptoms, his diagnosis clear. Has great bedside manner.
