Dr. Christopher Leroy Smale, MD

Dr. Smale is excellent. He spends time with you, he personally calls you with your results on tests. Excellent, excellent doctor.

The best Dr I have come across I would recommend him to anyone seeking his profession. He's a great Dr knows his stuff very courteous makes you feel confident, a very great Dr.

Have been going to Dr. Smale for over 6 years now. Small office with minimal wait time. Never overbooked. Staff is professional and friendly. Doctor is thorough and no nonsense. Feel very comfortble with his exam process. He made me feel comfortable about a personal medical issue a few years back in such a way I will never forget. He comes highly recommended and I do not ever plan to change unless he retires.

Dr Smale and staff are wonderful people. If you have a non complicated pregnancy then Dr Smale is great but if you have to have further fertility treatment then I would probably seek a second opinion. Overall I really like Dr Smale but I had so many issues with my second pregnancy and felt like Dr would get frustrated with all my questions. Not something I needed during a difficult nine months.

I found out I was pregnant so i made an appt with dr.Smale. I went in and he checked me everything was fine he said i was smaller than my dates which was sometimes normal. I had some spotting so i went to the ER that evening. The hospital said i was ok and wasn't miscarring and to follow up with my ob. I went back to dr. Smale he ordered an ultrasound because he told me if what he thought was right i was losing the baby. I knew this couldn't be because my levels were rising! After a stressful night and day he called with my ultrasound results. He said I needed a D&C as soon as possible. I didn't listen! I waited two weeks and saw John Owens for a second opinion. He did an ultrasound and there was a strong heartbeat! I know have a healthy happy 14 month old baby girl! I thank everyday i didn't get that D&C! Please consider another dr. I think Dr.Smale is out of practice and needs to retire!

Dr Smale is very good! He's honest with you and down to earth, he's to the point and makes you and your baby/ pregnancy as comfortable as it can be. The ladies in the office are amazing, always very polite, in a good mood and nice. I neve had to wait more then 10 minutes to see him. If I had a problem and needed to talk to him, I was able to with just one phone call, and was able to see him that day it I needed too. He's the overall best doctor I have ever had!

Dr. Chris delivered all 4 of my sons who are now ages 22,19,18 and 13 years old. A couple of those pregnancies had complications. With Dr. Chris as my doc I knew I would be okay and more importantly BABY would be okay. He also saw me through other female problems with the same calm and knowing demeanor. I hope when the time comes he can deliver my grandkids too !

He's the best. That's all I can say.
