Couldn't ask for a better doctor!

Dr. Tepera was fantastic! I've had the unfortuante pleasure of needing to meet with many medical providers over the last decade. That lived experience has honed my provider abilities judgement to the point where I can size up a doctor reliably in the first 120 seconds.I say all that to say this-Dr. Tepera is in my top 3 medical providers of all time. I'd have a hard time picking an order because they're all genuinely great at what they do. Dr. Tepera treated me with respect and dignity, listened to my concerns, demonstrated empathy for my situation, gave me options and ensured I understood them, and performed the minor during the appointment procedure with care. In short, he didn't treat me like a number, but as an actual person.On top of all of that, I'm a transgender woman, and not all providers are comfortable with that, let alone affirming. Dr. Tepera was both. I'd enthusiastically refer any trans person his way for urology care.If this guy isn't already training other doctors, he… should be. Too many organizations make the mistake of siloing magic like his. But as a business consultant, let me tell you: you want your people exposed to his magic and learning how to copy it and make it their own.In 2000s eBay terms: A+++ would go to again.

This was my first visit with Dr Tepera after my previous Specialist left the Provider Organization. The reviews were positive, but you're never completely sure what to expect on a first meeting. But I could not have been more pleased with the interaction with the Dr. And his nursing assistant for the pre-consult checks. He made me very comfortable with his manner, very easy to talk to and referenced my previous medical history and reviewed my current tests in relation to that. I was extremely pleased to have selected Dr Tepera and would not hesitate to recommend to refer to my friends (one of whom I already have!)

For a condition that has plagued me for years, this is one of the most thorough, thoughtful discussions I've had with a clear options and proposed courses of action moving forward.
